We spent the first half of the day at New Life Home - an orphanage in Kisumu that takes care of infants and children with special needs. The Ondeches are a sweet couple who run the orphanage.
No trip to Kenya is complete without a trip to hold the precious babies. This place is run SO WELL! The babies are very well cared for - and obviously well loved by the people that work there. And the babies are SO SO cute!!

We got there after breakfast; the babies were spending some time outside. We played with the little ones for a few hours and helped feed them lunch. As the babies went down for a nap, we headed back to St Anna's for lunch.
After lunch, we had a marathon move. Allison moved to Kenya in early July - and has been staying at St Anna's while she looked for a place to stay. She found a great place just before we got there ... and her move in date was Friday! So, we played an amazing game of "Fill the tuk tuk to capacity" - renting trucks to pick up tables and chairs and beds and couches - while our little tuk tuks carried bag after bag to her new home. Busy afternoon ... but by the end ... Allison was completely moved into her new place at Barack Obama Flats.
